About Your Program: You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Visual Execution: Responsible for product photography and post-processing, ensuring all imagery complies with high-standard e-commerce visual specifications.
  • UI/UX Optimization: Assist in optimizing the visual layout of Product Detail Pages (PDP) to enhance user interaction experience and click-through conversion rates.
  • Localized Creativity: Tailor visual assets for the UK and European markets, collaborating with the team to produce content that aligns with local aesthetic trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with London and overseas teams to ensure visual styles remain highly consistent across different language versions.

About You: Currently enrolled in a university, Bachelor degree or above in Photography, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Media. Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or Figma; possess solid capabilities in composition and lighting. Ability to work fluently in a bilingual environment (Chinese and English) and understand the logic of cross-border team collaboration. Keen observation of visual trends within the European e-commerce market.
