About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early‑career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Working with business leads and HR managers to understand recruitment requirements.
  • Taking ownership to manage multiple requests for hiring during our peak season.
  • Providing an amazing candidate experience that creates a 'wow' moment for the candidates – especially those who are not successful.
  • Collaborate with some of the world's best universities to support with promoting our roles and JD.com, including attending careers fairs in UK and EU.
  • Creating real, social content and working with our Employer Brand Specialist to spread the word about JD.com.

About You

Currently studying toward an undergraduate degree with ability to complete a placement year starting from July 2026 (start date negotiable). Willing to work in central London (Green Park) and join the team 5 days a week initially in the office, reducing over the course of your internship. Comfortable working with changing deadlines and priorities but able to see opportunities to improve ways of working too. You are bold enough to take on responsibility, drive results and generally get stuck in to help the team succeed. Humility is key to succeeding at JD.com.
