TET Program Overview
Since 2007, JD.com has established the program, "TET (The Eagle Team)", which serves as a strategic talent program for the company. It is designed to nurture mid-to-high-level managers from within the company who have a profound understanding of JD.com's culture, are genuinely familiar with business operations, and can promote and achieve strategic goals. Since its inception, the TET program has cultivated a large number of young and outstanding management talents for various core business departments within the company. For 18 consecutive years, it has successfully nurtured over 200+ JD.com leaders, including 10+ VPs; incorporates a 180-day rotation mechanism, allowing participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of JD.com's core businesses; offers highly competitive salaries!

Job Requirements
- Graduation date from September 2024 to December 2025, bachelor degree or above.
- Possesses a deep understanding and critical thinking about the overall trends in logistics and supply chain, product operations, industrial or other industries.
- Outstanding cognitive abilities, clear logic, and sensitivity to data.
- Strong learning ability and motivation, able to learn quickly and self-driven.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to influence others; has a certain degree of cultural inclusivity and excels in cross-cultural communication, with proficiency in multiple languages being a bonus; has an open mindset and is willing to embrace Chinese culture.
