Role Overview
We are hiring a Xiaohongshu (RED) Influencer Marketing Executive to lead our creator partnerships across four European countries and two cross-border Chinese KOL markets. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and strategic, with hands-on experience in managing influencer relationships and understanding content localisation.
Location: 20 Greycoat Place, Victoria, London, SW1P 1SB
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Xiaohongshu KOL strategies across UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and cross-border creators
- Manage end-to-end KOL relationships: scouting, briefing, publishing, and performance analysis
- Work closely with agency partners and internal product/marketing teams to align on campaign objectives
- Coordinate influencer seeding, gifting, and brand collaboration proposals
- Produce and review content (bilingual) to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with brand tone
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing Xiaohongshu KOL
- In-depth understanding of Xiaohongshu content formats, algorithm, and trends
- Local market experience in at least one European country
- Bilingual in Chinese & English
- Creative content sensibility and ability to spot good storytelling
