Human Resources Specialist
(based in Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen/UK/France/Germany/Netherlands)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute global talent acquisition initiatives to meet the international hiring needs of JD.com.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans based on business requirements, including optimizing recruitment processes and selecting effective sourcing channels across markets.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand evolving talent needs and deliver timely, effective hiring solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in international or cross-border hiring.
- In-depth knowledge of global recruitment processes and sourcing channels, with strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with proven experience in team collaboration or management.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with the cross-border e-commerce industry and an ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of global operations.
