Position Mission

As a core HR partner for our international expansion, you will be at the forefront of our rapidly growing global business. This is not just an HR role—it is a mission to become a Growth Engine and Organizational Architect for the business. We invest in your future through a unique 6–12-month immersive rotation program at our Beijing Headquarters. This program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of our core business, culture, and operations, empowering you to drive organizational capability, build world-class teams, and ensure our people strategy accelerates our global growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Global Talent Program: Beijing Headquarters Rotation (6–12 Months)
Immerse yourself in the core operations, culture, and leadership network of our global business. Participate in structured training and mentorship while contributing to key projects in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics. Build a solid foundation and holistic perspective before transitioning to support international business teams.
  • Strategic HR Partnership & Business Insight
Translate business strategies in international markets (Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East, etc.) into actionable people strategies. Provide forward-looking insights on organizational design, talent density, and cultural integration.
  • Talent Engine & Pipeline Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles in supply chain, warehouse management, cross-border logistics, and localized operations. Design and implement talent development initiatives such as the Global Young Talent Program to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Team Activation
Diagnose and optimize organizational structures and processes to enhance collaboration and performance in cross-cultural settings. Drive a results-oriented performance management system and leverage HR data to support business decision-making.
  • Global Culture & Employee Experience
Champion JD’s corporate culture and foster an open, agile, and inclusive team environment across regions. Proactively manage employee relations and enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience.

We are seeking a future leader with business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and high growth potential—not just a traditional HR practitioner.

Must-Haves

  • Superior cognitive & problem-solving skills: Structured thinking: Ability to dissect complex situations and develop clear solution frameworks.
  • Data-driven: Skilled in using data analysis to identify issues, validate hypotheses, and drive decisions.
  • Drive & resilience: Ownership: Takes full responsibility for business challenges and outcomes. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and views challenges as growth opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels and cultures.
  • A keen eye for identifying and developing high-potential talent.
  • Collaborative team player.
