Job Information:

  • Office Location: UK London office 20 King Street, London, SW1Y 6QY
  • Internship Duration: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with an internship duration of 3 months or more

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to lead campus recruitment for local logistics and e-commerce roles, ensuring timely hiring deliverables.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, leveraging targeted outreach.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and ensure accurate candidate data entry into HR systems.
  • Participate in recruitment events and assist with employer branding efforts.
  • Enhance the candidate experience from sourcing to offer, prioritising inclusivity.
  • Top-performing interns may be prioritised for full-time conversion.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Chinese and at least one of English, Dutch, German, or French as working languages.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willing to take ownership of tasks and collaborate with international teams.
