As an HRBP Intern, you’ll support a wide range of human resources initiatives across our European operations. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to building a strong, agile, and people-focused workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR SSC teams, helping to streamline and improve SOPs to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- HR Data Management: Maintain HR records and assist in data analysis to support reporting on key metrics such as headcount, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Learning & Development: Contribute to organizing training sessions and engagement initiatives to support continuous employee growth and development.
- Company Culture: Help plan and execute internal events and activities to promote employee engagement and a strong organizational culture.
- Office & Admin Support: Work with administrative staff to manage meeting logistics, welcome visitors, and support daily office operations.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, operational efficiency, and internal communication.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Chinese and English proficiency is required.
- Proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced, cross-cultural HR environment.
