Responsibilities
- Be responsible for quality inspection of products during their entry or service, ensuring they meet the established standards and regulations, and enhancing customer satisfaction;
- Conduct inspections in the warehouse based on product quality issues arising from thawing, damage, and customer complaints from multiple perspectives, identify problems and handle them to ensure storage safety and compliance;
- Optimize out-of-stock packaging plans, as well as conduct daily inspections of products after entry and make abnormal improvements;
- Develop and implement quality inspection procedures, identify and record defects in products or services, and propose improvement suggestions;
- Monitor warehouse temperature, conduct daily monitoring of pests and rodents, and handle abnormalities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor\’s degree or above, with a preference for logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields in cold chain;
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cold chain warehousing quality control;
- Operations Management: Familiar with the operational process of cold chain warehousing logistics, and possess the ability to identify risks and optimize processes;
- Data Analysis: Possess good data analysis skills.
