  • Support JD Properties\’ related businesses, deeply understand the business and team operations, grasp the business strategy, and promote the effective implementation of HR strategy in business departments.
  • Responsible for building teams within the business department, utilizing effective methods to meet demands, designing staff growth paths and development programs based on the existing team situation, effectively formulating and implementing talent development plans, and following up on implementation.
  • Identify organizational and team issues, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for the business team including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, and drive the implementation of solutions.
  • Assist in fostering organizational and team culture, promoting the development of company culture, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree or above, fluent in English and the local language, with 10-15 years of HR work experience; ability to deeply understand the business, with a strong business sense.
  • Understanding of basic HR modules and experience in at least one module such as Talent Development (TD), Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Culture (OC), Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
  • Familiarity with relevant national HR policies, laws, and regulations.
