About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process Inspection and Verification: Conduct regular on-site inspections, job shadowing, and mystery shopper surveys to verify the execution of key processes. Identify process deviations and implementation issues, produce specialized diagnostic reports, and drive problem resolution and closure.
- Risk Control and Optimization: Based on risk types across business lines such as supply chain, sales, and operations, build and iterate risk models, develop online risk control tools, and establish a full-cycle risk supervision mechanism covering pre-event, during-event, and post-event stages to reduce operational risks.
- Process System Restructuring: Lead the correction and restructuring of gaps in end-to-end processes (operations, sales, product). Promote the digitization, standardization, and visualization of processes, and establish a centralized, searchable, and reusable process system.
- Innovation Practice Promotion: Identify innovative cases and best practices from the front line, and promote them nationwide through methodology documentation, replication, and resource coordination, to enhance the business unit's standardization level and project coordination capabilities.
