The Head of Out-of-Home (OOH) Network is responsible for defining and executing JDL's European Out-of-Home strategy, covering Pick-Up Drop-Off (PUDO) networks, third-party locker networks, and JDL's own locker network.
The role ensures all OOH solutions work together to deliver a seamless customer experience while improving last-mile efficiency, reducing delivery costs, and supporting JDL's long-term logistics strategy.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the European OOH strategy across all markets.
Ensure PUDO and locker networks complement each other to maximise customer coverage, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
Identify new business opportunities and innovative OOH solutions that support network growth and carrier efficiency.
PUDO Network Own the European PUDO strategy and roadmap.
Develop strategic partnerships with retail and PUDO network providers.
Define and continuously improve PUDO fulfilment, in-store, and delivery SOPs.
Own the business requirements and feature roadmap for the PUDO fulfilment platform, working closely with Product and IT teams to deliver new functionality.
Locker Network Define the European locker strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall OOH vision.
Develop strategic partnerships with external locker networks to expand customer access and create commercial opportunities.
Define locker fulfilment SOPs and operational standards.
Lead the development and evaluation of JDL's own locker network and technology pilot to assess future expansion opportunities.
