You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • System Development and Optimization: Based on company strategy and talent needs, build a talent development system and establish a talent supply chain. Study industry trends and continuously optimize talent standards, management systems, and processes to ensure the talent development system aligns with company growth and supports a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Talent Planning and Reserve: Align with company strategy and HR planning, conduct talent structure analysis, and plan talent development at all levels. Develop talent profiles, career paths, and training programs to advance talent pipeline construction and key talent reserve, meeting the company's long-term talent needs.
  • Training Program Design and Implementation: Identify business needs and talent challenges, design and implement various talent development activities and training programs. Coordinate internal and external resources to execute training plans, evaluate program effectiveness, improve training quality, and support employee career development and company talent capability enhancement.
  • Talent Evaluation System Development and Application: Build a talent evaluation system, develop and iterate talent assessment tools. Organize talent inventory, promotion, and competition assessment projects, and promote the implementation of assessment centers and internal capability building, providing a scientific basis for talent selection, appointment, and development.
  • System Development and Empowerment: Develop and improve systems, standards, and processes related to talent development. Provide professional support and empowerment to business departments and HRBPs to ensure the effective implementation of talent development policies and promote the standardization and normalization of company talent management.
