As one of the world's largest retailers, we set the standard for e-commerce through cutting-edge robotics, AI, and a "Customer First" philosophy. We are currently in a phase of huge international expansion as we aim to bring super-fast convenient e-commerce to customers, building on our success in China where we serve over 600 million people every year.
We are launching the International TET programme (iTET) to find our next generation of future leaders who can adapt the JD DNA to new markets and help shape the future of global e-commerce.
The iTET is a high-speed leadership accelerator. Over 3 years we'll support you with the development and experiences you need to progress quickly through the business into senior leadership positions. You’ll gain deep operational and commercial mastery, stepping into key areas like Category or Warehouse Management as you scale our global footprint.
We value humility to learn and encourage you to embrace every environment and opportunity, as it is key to success and echoes our approach to leadership. The programme is hands-on, with real expectations, but it comes with great rewards.
