What You’ll Do
- Support end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple European countries
- Take a key role in French payroll operations, working with internal teams and external providers
- Assist with other European payrolls such as Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, UK, etc. (experience with Germany is a strong advantage)
- Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and social security regulations
- Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll queries
- Contribute to streamlining and standardizing payroll processes across Europe
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3 years of experience in in‑house global or European payroll
- Hands‑on experience with French payroll is essential
- Exposure to German payroll or other European payrolls is a plus
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and payroll vendors in a fast‑paced global environment
- English required; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory
