We are hiring an EV Charging Operations / Project Manager to build and scale our home charger installation operations across Europe. You will be responsible for managing installer networks, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a network of certified electricians (freelance & installation partners)
  • Manage end-to-end installation process (survey → planning → installation → commissioning)
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical standards
  • Monitor contractor performance (quality, SLA, cost)
  • Improve installation efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in EV charging, energy, field service, or technical project management
  • Experience managing contractors / installer networks
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems (singlephase / three-phase)
