Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and on-site technical services of various robots (e.g., drones, robotic dogs/humanoid robots, robotic vacuum cleaners, etc.).
- Perform equipment testing, minor repairs, major repairs, and troubleshooting according to work orders, including functional testing, appearance inspection, module replacement, disassembly and assembly of structural components.
- Carry out standardized operations based on manufacturer maintenance manuals, SOPs, and training materials, continuously learn through certification programs, and be willing to provide training within the team.
- Collaborate with multinational brand partners to conduct remote diagnostics, report on-site issues, and participate in optimizing maintenance standards.
- Maintain a strong awareness of electrical safety; operate in high-safety environments such as those with >100Wh lithium batteries; strictly adhere to fire prevention, explosion prevention, electrostatic discharge prevention, charging/discharging, and disposal procedures; comply with local fire regulations and assist in facility fire inspections and corrective actions.
- Assist in organizing maintenance records and work order documentation to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
Job Requirement:
- Possess post-sales or maintenance experience in Europe with 3C products, drones, robots, AGVs, robotic arms, electric vehicles, or related equipment.
- A university degree in Electronic Engineering/Robotics is preferred, along with relevant electrical certifications (e.g., NEC 1010, City & Guilds 2768).
- Strong customer-facing skills and on-site technical service capabilities; able to adapt to dynamic field environments across different countries and independently perform mobile on-site support.
- Capable of basic programming and debugging (e.g., parameter adjustments, firmware updates, log analysis).
- Hands-on skills with a solid understanding of electromechanical structures and modular repair methods.
- Proficient in English communication to collaborate with headquarters engineers for complex troubleshooting; preference given to local employees who also speak Chinese.
- Highly sensitive to safety regulations, with strict adherence to standards for lithium batteries, high voltage, electrical safety, and fire prevention.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
