About The Team You’ll be joining the JD. com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Role This role requires strong local experience in cost & procurement management, development, and execution in the region.

The Cost Manager will closely collaborate with International Procurement teams, reporting to both the Head of International Procurement Dept.

The objective of this role is to lead and support the Four Regions(EU/Americas/ME/AP) all aspects of cost and procurement works including cost estimation of renovation projects, cost management of development projects, vendors exploration, procurement management in Logistic & Industrial Sector.

Job Responsibilities Review the bill of quantities and controlled pricing for engineering category tenders within the Group.

Price recognition and inquiry of materials, equipment, and change orders during contract execution for engineering categories within the Group.

Review project settlements for Group engineering projects.

Bid clarification and tender cleaning for engineering category project tenders within the Group.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all required information is available to complete the cost estimation.

Manage 3rd consultant to ensure the cost align with the market and future trends.

Final account settlement after project completion; Variation orders management and interim payment arrangement and control; Set up database Manage / Assist to carry out procurement as required by other departments, coordinating all relevant departments, to ensure the procurement process are fully aligned with the company's cost and procurement policy.

Set up cost information and suppliers database, explorer vendors Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Architecture or Engineering Cost are preferred, registered/ Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer (Preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant development or project management experience in industrial and/or logistics projects (preferred) ; Proven experience in independently completing project budget preparation and review; experience in full project lifecycle management is preferred.

Strong understanding of local cost benchmark, local regulations, authority charges and legal requirements; Familiar with international logistics real estate cost and procurement management, with a minimum of 3 full-cycle project experiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication abilities.

Seeks continuous improvement to the design and processes through consistently challenging the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development.

High level of independence, initiative, accountability, cultural sensitivity, endurance, and adaptability, demonstrates excellent leadership to drive projects and is a team player.
