We are hiring an EV Charging Operations / Project Manager to build and scale our home charger installation operations across Europe. You will be responsible for managing installer networks, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of certified electricians (freelance & installation partners)
- Manage end-to-end installation process (survey → planning → installation → commissioning)
- Ensure compliance with local electrical standards
- Monitor contractor performance (quality, SLA, cost)
- Improve installation efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in EV charging, energy, field service, or technical project management
- Experience managing contractors / installer networks
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (singlephase / three-phase)
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills
