Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day. Arrive at the job as soon as possible. There is a chance to become a regular employee after 3 months of internship.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the shopping habits and consumption preferences of European users, identify industry and product opportunities, organise corresponding marketing activities, and increase GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume).
- From the user's perspective, promote the development and iteration of platform marketing tools to enhance the number of items purchased per user and average order value.
- Coordinate internal resources, leverage overseas holidays and hot topics, plan various themed activities around the target user groups, and boost sales of target product categories.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about the internet and retail industries.
- Pragmatic and innovative.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to those with experience in platform operations, integrated marketing, user operations, or related fields within the internet, retail, or agency industries.
- Has a good understanding of e-commerce and the internet industry.
- Highly sensitive to data, with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, and the ability to use data analysis to drive routine operational tasks.
- Proficient in English and French, multilingual skills preferred.
