You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The role involves:
- Creating engaging digital content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Spotting and jumping on social trends quickly and creatively
- Filming and editing high-quality video and multimedia content, often under tight deadlines
- Producing interviews, event content and B-roll, and turning it around at pace
- Applying out-of-the-box creative thinking to content projects and campaigns
- Working with a social-first mindset, adapting larger campaign ideas into platform-native content
- Managing content planning, updating the content calendar and liaising with teams across the business
- Using performance data and analytics to continuously improve content output
- Supporting both organic and paid social, understanding how content needs to flex across formats and objectives
We’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape and what content works best on different platforms
- Genuine interest in social trends, creators, influencers and platform updates
- Confidence in filming and editing content independently
- Fluency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva and Photoshop
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Collaborative team player who’s also comfortable working independently across multiple departments
- Good understanding of social analytics and data, and how insights can drive better creative decisions and support GEO and SEO requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience working in a similar role within a media, digital, agency or corporate environment
- Experience in working for an international organisation is preferred, and experience in or working with a corporation from Asia or China would be ideal
- Language skills would be an advantage
