Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Station Manager β Bulky Delivery to oversee and manage daily operations at our bulky item delivery station. This role is critical to ensuring smooth station performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the successful delivery of oversized and heavy items. The ideal candidate will have strong site management experience, team leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to achieving delivery KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the bulky delivery station, including workforce planning, inbound/outbound processes, and inventory flow.
- Manage and develop a team of supervisors, drivers, and support staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics (KPIs), identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as transportation, customer service, and IT to optimize operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain cost control while improving productivity and service levels.
Qualifications
