JD Logistics is a leading integrated supply chain and logistics provider in China, known for its advanced technology, nationwide delivery network, and expertise in managing large-scale e-commerce and retail logistics operations. We are growing ambitiously in the UK and EU region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and supply chain data (transportation costs, delivery times, warehouse utilization, carrier performance, etc.).
- Develop dashboards and reports in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation cost per unit, and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, planning, operations, IT) to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Support predictive analytics and scenario modeling for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and route optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Assist in automation of recurring reports and development of data pipelines.
- Prepare presentations and insights for senior management to drive strategic logistics initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis, SQL queries, and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, inventory management).
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
