We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in enhancing warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations by analysing performance metrics, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective communication between central teams and frontline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Work closely with warehouse managers to drive on-site process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collect, interpret, and implement new company requirements, policies, and performance metrics.
• Cascade operational updates and quality standards effectively to warehouse teams.
• Maintain strong communication with frontline staff to ensure alignment and smooth execution of processes.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor compliance, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Proactively identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and report quality improvement initiatives and outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement projects across warehouse operations.

About You:

• 2+ years in warehouse operations, quality improvement, logistics, or a related role.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using operational systems and a wide range of platforms (e.g., Excel, WMS, reporting tools).
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both management and frontline staff.
• Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse quality control, process improvement, or continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performance tracking metrics.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, or operational reviews.
