Overview

  • Infrastructure setup: Coordinate multiple internal and external parties to build up project team on setting up the framework for CSRD requirement on both entity level and group consolidation level.
  • Data and process verification: Create the company's internal processes for collecting, aggregating, and reporting sustainability data to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
  • Internal compliance review: Verify that the sustainability report is compliant with the CSRD regulations and the ESRS framework, including the double materiality assessment.
  • Risk mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks, by providing stakeholders with confidence in the reported data.
