The Operational Excellence Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on process optimisation, waste reduction, and performance improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven problem solving.
Key Responsibilities- Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve performance. Facilitate Lean / Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve quality.
- Process Optimisation: Map and analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Standardise processes and develop best‑practice operating procedures. Implement automation and digital tools where possible.
- Performance Management: Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency. Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Provide regular reports on operational performance.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives related to process improvements. Train and coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Foster a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, finance, supply chain, IT, and other teams to implement improvements. Facilitate workshops and problem‑solving sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Minitab, etc.).
