Role: As Warehouse Manager you will oversee comprehensive warehouse operations management in alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives. Develop warehousing strategies, process standards, and annual plans. Lead and motivate a team to coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, cost optimisation, and team development to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives.
- Establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design warehouse layouts, and plan equipment allocation to drive standardisation and intelligent upgrades, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimise task routing and resource allocation, and ensure smooth, error-free warehouse operations to minimise losses.
- Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
