You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee comprehensive warehouse operations management in alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives. You will:

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, cost optimisation, and team development.
  • Design warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, optimise workflows, resolve critical exceptions, establish efficient warehousing systems, ensure service quality/cost control/safety compliance, and drive business goal attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and System Construction: Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives. Establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design warehouse layouts, and plan equipment allocation to drive standardisation and intelligent upgrades, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimise task routing and resource allocation, and ensure smooth, error-free warehouse operations to minimise losses.
  • Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: Analyse warehouse cost components (labor, equipment, and space) and implement cost-saving initiatives. Streamline processes and integrate automation tools while tracking productivity metrics (e.g., labor efficiency, floor utilisation) to continuously improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Optimise organisational structure to strengthen execution capabilities. Implement safety protocols, address major incidents, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Service Excellence: Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources and resolve operational bottlenecks. Gather customer insights to refine service processes, elevating satisfaction and competitive advantage.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in warehouse operations and management.
  • Motivated and inspiring leader.
  • Clear communicator; Mandarin speaker would be beneficial.
