You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Operational Excellence Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation to enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on process optimisation, waste reduction, and performance improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve performance.
  • Facilitate Lean / Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve quality.
  • Map and analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Standardise processes and develop best practice operating procedures.
  • Implement automation and digital tools where possible.
  • Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to operational efficiency.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on operational performance.
  • Support organisational change initiatives related to process improvements.
  • Train and coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence across the organisation.
  • Work with operations, finance, supply chain, IT, and other teams to implement improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Minitab, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data analytics and process automation tools.
