Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition CoE projects across core pillars: Recruitment Channels and Top Talent Relationship.
- Strategic Partnership Management & Talent Market Intelligence: Responsible for managing headhunting vendor relationships and maintaining partnerships, gaining insights into leading talent in the market, and providing critical market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
- Strategic Project Management: Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and vendors to drive program success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and progress updates for global/regional stakeholders.
- Global Standardization: Develop frameworks, toolkits, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across regions.
- Talent Innovation: Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience enhancements in key markets.
- International Scope: Drive HQ-led initiatives with localized implementation across multiple countries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree above in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in TA project management or TA Channel Management. Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally/regionally. Strong grasp of TA lifecycle metrics and operational levers.
- Skills & Competencies: Project & change management expertise. Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Strategic mindset with ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
