About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
- Project Delivery Management: Develop project plans and control progress, identify delivery risks and allocate resources to resolve them, ensure project acceptance meets standards, and take responsibility for project profitability.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain close communication with customers, balance the feasibility and competitiveness of requirements, address delivery issues to enhance satisfaction, and identify after-sales business opportunities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to advance bidding and delivery reviews, coordinate resources to resolve bottlenecks in development and other key areas.
- Financial Target Achievement: Manage project costs, revenue collection, and profit, plan human resource investment appropriately, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
- Process Standardization: Document project management experience, improve process standards and technical systems, and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Project management experience in internet / e-commerce industry is preferred; candidates with experience in building PMO frameworks from scratch or leading large-scale campaign projects are preferred.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and familiar with e-commerce business processes (e.g., supply chain, marketing campaigns, user & market growth).
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Goal-Oriented: Strong logical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex objectives and formulating execution plans.
- Communication & Coordination: Excellent cross-department collaboration and executive reporting skills, able to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
- Stress Resistance: Adaptable to the fast-paced e-commerce environment, able to drive project delivery under resource constraints.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
