Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a delivery station, ensuring efficient and timely processing and dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. This role involves leading a team to meet operational targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
- Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
