About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are recruiting to a new onsite coordinator role for our Birmingham Warehouse.
Job responsibilities:
- Cost Provisioning, related settlement and reconciliation work
- Related system update functions, process optimization, PDA version updates, and other related training work
- The process of customer onboarding, along with the corresponding system integration, solutions, and planning coordination work
- Real-time monitoring of operational indicators, timely alerts, and coordination of relevant resources
- Maintain daily communication with clients and warehouses. Respond to emergency situations such as order interception, shipping anomalies, and pickup anomalies
- Contract renewal, price adjustment, and related service quotations, along with the corresponding procedures
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin speaker
- Fluent English speaker
- Good computer literacy
- Multi-site travel required
