About The Team
You’ll join the JINGDONG Logistics team, valuing collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and System Construction: Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives; establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design layouts, and plan equipment allocation to drive standardisation and intelligent upgrades.
- End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment; monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimise task routing and resource allocation, and ensure smooth, error‑free operations.
- Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: Analyse cost components (labor, equipment, space), implement cost‑saving initiatives; streamline processes, integrate automation tools, and track productivity metrics to improve cost‑effectiveness.
- Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; optimise organisational structure, implement safety protocols, address incidents, and mitigate operational risks.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Service Excellence: Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve bottlenecks; gather customer insights to refine processes and enhance satisfaction.
