About the Team
As a Talent Development Specialist you'll join the International Talent Development team who are responsible for building the skills and creating the capabilities for growth in the business. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience, development, and success of future leaders across JD International. JD.com values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the i-TET global graduate programme, including onboarding, rotations, and milestone events.
- Support the delivery of the GROW development programme for JD Star graduates and interns.
- Act as the main point of contact for graduates, managers, and stakeholders on these programmes.
- Track progress, performance, and engagement using structured tools and reporting.
- Support the Leadership Academy by managing logistics, communications, and learning content.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback collection and enhancement proposals.
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility and full programme management in the future.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing early‐careers programmes in a fast‐paced, multi‐market organisation.
- Strong organisational, project management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail‐oriented, proactive, and focused on finding solutions.
- Comfortable in a fast‐paced, sometimes ambiguous global environment where results are key.
- Passionate about learning, people development, and employee experience.
- Curious, humble, and eager to grow quickly.
- Chinese language skills are an advantage, but not essential for this role.
