We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join our international team and support payroll operations across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in European payroll, particularly France, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple European countries.
  • Take a key role in French payroll operations, working with internal teams and external providers.
  • Assist with other European payrolls such as Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, UK, etc. (experience with Germany is a strong advantage).
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll queries.
  • Contribute to streamlining and standardizing payroll processes across Europe.

What We're Looking For

  • Around 3 years of experience in in-house global or European payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with French payroll is essential.
  • Exposure to German payroll or other European payrolls is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and payroll vendors in a fast-paced global environment.
  • English required; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory.
