Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with category managers, suppliers, and vendors to manage demand forecasts, stock levels, budgets, and lead times across products.
  • Develop and maintain SKU‑level forecasting models and tools to drive accurate demand planning.
  • Monitor and analyse sales trends, promotional activity, and seasonal factors to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support the Supply Chain team in implementing best practices for inventory management, leveraging new tools and processes.
  • Track and report on KPIs including fulfilment rates, availability, stockholding, and inventory quality through standardised weekly reports.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain, proposing proactive solutions to minimise stockouts and overstocks.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management; experience within the FMCG sector in the UK is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, VBA, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with complex data sets and translate insights into actionable supply chain strategies.
  • Track record of driving process improvements, implementing systems, or managing change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
