Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and System Construction: develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives; establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design layouts, and plan equipment allocation.
- End‑to‑End Operations Management: oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment; monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimize task routing and resource allocation.
- Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: analyze warehouse cost components, implement cost‑saving initiatives, streamline processes, integrate automation tools while tracking productivity metrics.
- Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; optimize organizational structure; implement safety protocols, address incidents, and mitigate operational risks.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Service Excellence: partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources, resolve bottlenecks, gather customer insights to refine service processes.
