We are recruiting to a new onsite coordinator role for our Birmingham Warehouse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cost provisioning, related settlement and reconciliation work.
- Related system update functions, process optimization, PDA version updates, and other related training work.
- The process of customer onboarding, along with the corresponding system integration, solutions, and planning coordination work.
- Real-time monitoring of operational indicators, timely alerts, and coordination of relevant resources.
- Maintain daily communication with clients and warehouses. Respond to emergency situations such as order interception, shipping anomalies, and pickup anomalies.
- Contract renewal, price adjustment, and related service quotations, along with the corresponding procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent Mandarin speaker.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Good computer literacy.
- Multi-site travel required.
