Responsibilities

  • Tax Planning & Structure Design: Develop tax‐efficient structures for domestic and cross‑border transactions aligned with business models. Evaluate related‑party transaction frameworks and optimize tax liabilities, identifying risks and proposing actionable strategies to support strategic objectives.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Review contractual tax clauses and operational arrangements to ensure compliance. Lead responses to tax audits and disputes, enhancing internal controls to minimize penalties and protect corporate interests.
  • Policy Analysis & Implementation: Monitor global tax policy changes and assess business impacts. Facilitate tax incentive applications and policy adaptation, delivering compliance strategies to enable efficient operations.
  • System & Process Optimization: Drive digital transformation of tax systems (e.g., automated export rebates, filings). Design data monitoring models and SOPs to improve tax management accuracy and integration with business and finance.
  • Cross‑Border Collaboration: Coordinate with domestic and international teams on tax filings, refunds, and intermediary oversight. Resolve cross‑border tax issues, supporting global expansion and local compliance.
  • Special Projects & Capability Building: Lead tax training programs and knowledge‑sharing initiatives. Address complex tax challenges and ad‑hoc tasks, ensuring comprehensive tax support for business needs.
