Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.**What You'll Do*** Support the category leader, manager and category buyers in day to-day merchandising activities such as assortment planning, product selection, and inventory management.* Assist in vendor communication, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure timely delivery of products and adherence to quality standards.* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats in assigned product categories.* Maintain accurate product data, pricing information, and inventory records in the merchandising system to facilitate effective decision-making and reporting.* Help identify and correct errors in product descriptions, visuals or data.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches.* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analysis for category reviews, business meetings, and executive updates.**About You*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related quantitative field. Preferably students in final semester, graduating in 2026.* Relevant experience in retail, merchandising, or buying (through an internship or otherwise) is a plus.* No more than 2 years of work experience* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends is a plus.* Basic analytical skills to interpret data and trends.* Basic skills in Excel.* Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must*At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
