Contract Project Controls Manager – Utilities

Β£650–£750/day (Inside IR35) | Remote | Start Mid/Late July | Until Dec 2025

We\’re hiring 2 contractors for a leading consultancy supporting a major utilities transformation programme (Phase 2) .

Key Focus Areas:

  • Role 1: Risk management, change control, and reporting on capital delivery projects.
  • Role 2: Defining, selecting & implementing new project controls systems (especially risk systems).

βœ… Must-Have Experience:

  • Recent experience in utilities (gas, electricity, or water) – water/Ofwat preferred
  • Strong background in project risk management
  • Familiarity with capital projects & controls frameworks
  • Manager-level delivery capability in a consultancy setting

Remote , with occasional expensed travel to Cardiff

5-month contract , possible extension
