Overview: We're seeking an experienced P&C Insurance Consultant with deep expertise in the London insurance market, including both Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s entities. The role involves providing domain guidance, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the insurance value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert insights on insurance operations across brokers, carriers, MGAs, and captives.
- Contribute to solution design and pre-sales efforts, including drafting proposals and presentations.
- Advise on Blueprint 2, delegated authority, underwriting, placement, and broker accounting processes.
- Provide market intelligence and regulatory updates to internal teams and clients.
- Support internal teams through training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 12+ years’ experience in the London market (carrier, syndicate, or broker).
- Proven record of supporting transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of market services (e.g., Xchanging, LMA, LIMOSS).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- CII qualification preferred.
