We are seeking an experienced and driven Compliance Project Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team based in West London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a range of compliance and operational initiatives across an international business.

You will play a leading role in compliance project delivery, ensuring systems, vendors, and policy frameworks are fit-for-purpose and well managed. You'll also be involved in controls, assurance, and policy/procedural updates, working closely with both UK and global stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage compliance-related projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to implementation and review.
  • Oversee compliance systems management, vendor relationships, and project reporting.
  • Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and global standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams to manage and deliver international compliance and operational projects.
  • Track progress, manage budgets and risks, and ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and compliance standards.

Proven track record of leading and owning projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, systems, and operational controls. Experience managing third-party vendors and system implementations. Must live within a 30-minute commute of West London – this is an on-site role (5 days per week).
