We are seeking an experienced and driven Compliance Operations Manager and Project Manager to join an international healthcare organisation headquartered in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of a global compliance programme supporting operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design, development, and roll-out of international compliance initiatives and systems.
- Oversee the daily operation and enhancement of key compliance platforms, liaising with external vendors as needed.
- Draft and update policies, procedures, training materials, and internal communications.
- Support internal reporting and assurance activities, including metrics, audits, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to internal teams, including policy interpretation and risk mitigation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading large-scale, international projects with minimal supervision.
- Extensive project management experience with proven ability to drive and lead projects without supervision.
- Experience within the health care sector preferred.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across global teams, managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, with experience in vendor and system management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Additional languages and healthcare or compliance industry experience are a plus.
