Our client, a leading advisory firm, is seeking Associate Directors to join their growing Transaction Services practice across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of transactions across Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates, and Capital Markets, advising senior stakeholders and shaping complex deals while developing your leadership career.
What youβll be doing:
β Leading and structuring large, complex workstreams in fast-paced, changing environments
β Managing and developing client relationships, contributing to business development and proposition building
β Providing clear, high-quality advice and insights to clients as a trusted adviser
β Managing risk effectively across engagements

What weβre looking for:
Strong academic background and a financial qualification (ACA or equivalent desirable)
