Associate Director – Transaction Services
Location: London | Full-time
We are hiring experienced Senior Managers/Associate Directors to join our growing Transaction Services team in the UK supporting clients across Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates, and Capital Markets.
In this role, you’ll lead complex engagements, manage client relationships at board level, and work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams. This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering exposure to the full deal lifecycle—from due diligence to strategic advisory.
What you’ll do:
- Lead multiple high-profile transactions with senior stakeholders
- Develop and sustain client relationships
- Deliver high-quality analysis, insights, and reporting
- Guide and coach teams, fostering high performance
- Ensure rigorous risk and project management standards
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating at Senior Manager level in transaction services or deal advisory
- ACA (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships
- Skilled at working in fast-paced, changing environments
