Risk Manager – South London
Permanent | Hybrid | Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits
A purpose-driven organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking an experienced Risk Officer to join its head office team in South London. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for embedding and evolving a comprehensive risk governance framework aligned with international standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and developing the country risk appetite and tolerance levels
- Supporting functional governance across clinical, legal, finance, IT, operations, and compliance
- Acting as a key liaison between country leadership and international risk functions
- Leading the country risk committee and overseeing the country risk register
- Driving cultural change towards proactive and embedded risk management
- Supporting internal audit and enterprise risk processes
- Contributing to strategic planning, governance reporting, and M&A due diligence
The successful candidate will bring:
