About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change efforts tied to process, technology, and structural transformations, with a particular focus on ERP-related change initiatives. You'll partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure changes are adopted smoothly and sustainably across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for ERP implementations and other transformation projects
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify change risks and readiness gaps
- Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support user adoption
- Partner with project managers, IT, and business leads to align change activities with project timelines
- Identify resistance points and build mitigation plans to support adoption and minimise disruption
- Track and report on adoption metrics, readiness levels, and change progress to leadership
- Coach managers and sponsors on their role in driving change through their teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, within ERP implementation or transformation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Experience designing training and communication materials for large-scale system rollouts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess change impact and readiness
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
