JCW Group is hiring a Sales and Business Development Lead to help build and grow Guided Solutions, a new consulting and advisory practice sitting inside an established recruitment firm with deep roots in GRC. Guided Solutions works at the intersection of workforce strategy, AI and organisational change, helping leadership teams in regulated environments make better decisions about their people and technology. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real progression potential for someone who wants to shape a proposition as much as sell it — and who is energised by working in a space that is genuinely evolving.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the US and UK, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Convert existing JCW Group relationships into buyers of a consulting and advisory proposition, opening an entirely new conversation with familiar faces.
  • Engage credibly with C-suite and senior leadership buyers, showing up with a point of view and building trust over time.
  • Feed market intelligence back to senior leadership, contributing to how the proposition is positioned and articulated as it evolves.
  • Maintain an active LinkedIn presence and support the development of proposals, capability decks and other materials that help tell the story.

Requirements

  • Background in consulting, advisory, or professional services sales, ideally within regulated environments; financial services experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline independently without heavy support infrastructure.
  • Comfortable engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders across the US and UK.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, the future of work, and how technology is reshaping organisations.
